Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” which are text files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on these websites, your IP address will be truncated by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. For more information about Google’s data processing, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. There, you can also change your personal privacy settings in the Privacy Center.
You can find detailed instructions on managing your personal data in connection with Google products here: https://www.dataliberation.org

If you do not want this data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out of Google before clicking the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or to tailor its websites to your needs. Such analysis is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to deliver targeted advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; to exercise this right, you must contact Google.

To this end, the information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymized before storage.
The information generated by the cookie regarding the use of this website is not disclosed to third parties. You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser settings accordingly; however, please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all features of this website to their full extent.

SSL Encryption
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g., SSL) via HTTPS.
Use of an AI-powered voice assistant to answer incoming calls
We use the IONOS AI Phone Assistant to automatically process phone inquiries. It processes call content on our behalf to record, forward, or respond to your request. This process utilizes automatic speech recognition (speech-to-text), semantic analysis (natural language processing), and, where applicable, text generation (text-to-speech).
Call content may be recorded, transcribed, or documented. This will only occur if you were informed of this at the beginning of the call and choose to continue the conversation. You may end the call at any time to prevent such processing.
In particular, we process your statements during the conversation, technical connection data (date, time, duration), and, where applicable, voluntarily provided personal information such as your name or phone number. We also process interaction data, such as information related to the conduct of the conversation or in the event of disconnections.
The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (for the initiation or performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient and scalable communication).
We use subcontractors for technical implementation, particularly for hosting, speech recognition, and semantic analysis. In this context, personal data may also be transferred to the United States by the subcontractor. In principle, this is done on the basis of an adequacy decision pursuant to Article 45 of the GDPR, as the service providers are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. In the absence of such a decision, the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR and supplementary safeguards. The requirements of Article 44 of the GDPR are complied with.
Pseudonymized data may be used for training purposes to improve natural language processing. This makes it impossible or significantly more difficult to trace the data back to specific individuals. No automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR takes place.
The data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated. Afterward, the data is automatically deleted or anonymized.
Information regarding your right to object under Article 21 of the GDPR
Right to object on a case-by-case basis
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (data processing based on a balancing of interests); this also applies to profiling based on this provision within the meaning of Article 4(4) of the GDPR.
If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
