We are certified to IATF 16949:2016.
The commercial success of our company depends largely on the competitive factor of quality. Quality means that we are committed to fully meeting our customers’ expectations with our products. Accordingly, customer satisfaction is the goal of all our employees. The focus is on continuously improving customer satisfaction. In line with a zero-defect strategy, preventing errors rather than detecting them is an integral part of our corporate philosophy. We want to use the experience gained in our company every day and implement it for the benefit of our customers.
The effective design of workflows and processes in all areas and at all levels of the company, as well as our external image, is intended to ensure that the customer receives our products in the agreed quantity, on the agreed date, at the agreed place, in the agreed specification and at a market-competitive price, and that their confidence in our company’s capabilities is maintained.
Quality-oriented thinking and action should be a matter of course for everyone. This also includes the conscious use of our environmental resources. Raw materials, energy and water must be used responsibly. Production processes and products are designed accordingly.
To demonstrate the effectiveness of the management system and drive the continuous improvement process, we use key figures such as:
- measuring customer satisfaction
- our delivery quality
- our on-time delivery performance
- determining quality costs
- Analysis of potential failures during the use phase as part of processing FMEAs
- measuring the performance of our suppliers
- the efficiency of project management (product and process development)
- reducing environmental impacts
Our task is to motivate and qualify all employees in accordance with this quality policy.
